The Origin
iSyncSO started with a simple observation: organizations spend billions on AI tools, but most people never become truly capable with them. The training industry sells certificates. We wanted to build something that sells capability.
So we built an AI platform that watches how people actually work, teaches in the moments that matter, and proves growth through observed behavior — not multiple-choice quizzes.
