Isyncso provides an AI-powered platform for business operations, learning, workforce transformation, and related services. The Service includes, but is not limited to: the SYNC AI agent, financial tools, CRM and growth features, talent acquisition, learning modules, and integrations with third-party services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, systems, or networks.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam).
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
5. Payment Terms
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle.
- If payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the balance is settled.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
We handle Your Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete Your Data at any time through your account settings.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination
You may close your account at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive (including liability, indemnification, and intellectual property) will remain in effect.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
