Is there really a free tier?
Yes. The free tier gives you access to the core platform with 1 user, including SYNC Agent with 50 messages per month, basic invoicing, and 3 integrations. No credit card required.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you're prorated for the remaining billing period. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
What counts as a 'user'?
Any team member who has an account and can log into iSyncSO. External contacts, customers, and API integrations don't count as users.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing gives you 2 months free (pay for 10, get 12). Contact us for annual pricing on Pro and Enterprise plans.
What's included in Hyve Foundation participation?
Enterprise plans can participate in the Hyve Foundation flywheel — your team's verified skill growth automatically funds AI access programs for underserved communities. You get impact reports and Foundation branding rights.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We encrypt all data at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Data is stored in EU data centers. We're GDPR compliant with SOC 2 Type II in progress. Visit our Trust Center for details.
